After forming an interest in pop up picnics myself, I researched the local vendor market. Upon my research, I found that most, if not all picnic providers priced their picnics exorbitantly high, and way beyond a typical consumers pocketbook. I also noticed, quite a number of items like ice buckets, or Bluetooth music players, etc. being listed as "add-ons" for additional fees only further inflating the cost of a picnic. I asked myself, what if I offer picnics at a fraction of the cost and include all of these items at no additional charge making it possible for more people to experience these types of picnics? Thus an idea was born and Dandelion Picnics was founded in the spring of 2025.
